He is  tall, blond and  good-looking, and has a warm, friendly personality.  He’s easy to get on with, and is popular with everyone, especially with teenagers.

He joined  Manchester  United  in 1989.

Then he began to  play for England and he soon became captain of the team. In 2003, he went to  Spain to play for Real  Madrid. He married one of the Spice Girls, Victoria. They are probably one of the most famous couples in the world.
